We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A photo of the tracking label along with one or more pictures or videos showing the damage is required in order for a replacement to be issued, within 10 days of delivery.

Undelivered Orders
Refunds are not available for the following reasons: incorrect or incomplete address, unknown recipient, uncollected packages, lack of a safe delivery location, or unclear customs information.
Damaged Products
• Severely damaged: LAGESHOP offers a full refund or replacement.
• Partially damaged or malfunctioning: A partial refund will be provided.
Note: Minor wrinkles or small scratches that may occur during transit are not considered eligible for partial refunds. Every product undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment.
Incorrect or Missing Products
• Incorrect items: A full refund or replacement will be provided.
• Wrong color or size: A refund or replacement will be provided.
• Missing parts: If the missing part does not affect product function, LAGESHOP may offer a partial refund or resend the missing components. If functionality is affected, a full replacement will be sent.
• Accessories: Any missing accessories will be shipped separately.
Order Cancellation
Full refunds are available before an order is confirmed and processing begins.
Exceptions: Customized (POD) orders, private inventory orders, and personalized service orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment is completed. No refunds are accepted after an order has been fulfilled.
Delayed Orders
Orders are considered “delayed” if there is no tracking update, or if they remain in transit or pending for more than 40 days from the dispatch date. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Circumstances:
LAGESHOP does not offer refunds or accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Order Deadline
No refunds or returns are accepted once the order status is closed. Orders automatically close 45 days after purchase.
2. Return Time Limit
Products must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
3. Unreasonable Disputes
Refunds or returns are not applicable for reasons such as:
• “I don’t like the product.”
• “The product has an unusual smell.”
• “I ordered the wrong item.”
• “The shipping address was incorrect.”
Additionally, claims are not accepted if:
• Tracking information has been deleted by logistics or postal services.
• The order is marked as delivered, but the customer claims non-receipt. (LAGESHOP may provide the contact details of the local distributor in such cases.)
4. Force Majeure
LAGESHOP is not responsible for product damage or delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, storms, or other similar occurrences.
5. Electronic Products
All electronic products undergo thorough quality checks before shipping. However, due to the delicate nature of these items and the risks of long-distance transport, LAGESHOP cannot guarantee post-delivery functionality.
• Refunds are not available for non-functional electronics upon receipt.
• Customers may request an exchange after returning the defective item.
• All shipping fees related to exchanges must be covered by the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
