Washing

Turn inside out before washing to protect black dye. Wash in cold water (max 30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle with dark colors only. Never use warm water. It breaks down elastic fibers, causing sagging.

Drying

Air dry flat or hang to preserve shape and elasticity. If machine drying is necessary, use the lowest heat or air fluff setting only. High heat destroys spandex and causes permanent loss of stretch.

Ironing

Do not iron. Direct heat will melt or warp synthetic elastic fibers. For wrinkles, use a garment steamer on low setting or hang in a steamy bathroom.

Bleaching & Softeners

Never use bleach. It breaks down elastic fibers and ruins black color. Skip fabric softeners and dryer sheets, as they coat fibers, trap sweat, and permanently degrade elasticity.
