Washing

Wash inside out in cold water (≤30°C) on a gentle cycle. Always use a mesh laundry bag to protect the delicate rear scrunch stitching and mesh panels from zipper or hook snags.

Drying

Air dry by laying flat or hanging to preserve fabric stretch. If machine drying, select the lowest heat or "air fluff" setting, as high temperatures destroy synthetic spandex fibers.

Ironing

Do not iron; direct heat will melt or glaze nylon and spandex blends. To safely eliminate wrinkles, use a handheld clothes steamer on low heat from a safe distance.

Bleaching & Softeners

Strictly avoid chlorine bleach, which thins and tears elastane. Skip fabric softeners entirely to prevent a waxy coating that blocks sweat-wicking pores and traps odors.
