Washing

Hand wash only in cold water with mild detergent. Do not machine wash or spin, as mechanical agitation permanently tangles and mats the long-pile fibers.

Drying

Air dry flat or hang on a padded hanger away from sun. Never use tumble dryers or hair dryers; high heat melts the synthetic fibers instantly. Brush gently while drying to restore fluff.

Ironing

Ironing is strictly prohibited; direct heat melts the fur. To remove wrinkles, use a handheld steamer on low setting, strictly targeting the inner satin lining only.

Bleach & Softeners

Avoid chlorine bleach and fabric softeners. Bleach weakens the synthetic fibers, while softeners leave a residue that causes the faux fur to clump and flatten.
